What Is Iboga & 5-MeO-DMT Ceremony?
IBOGA
Iboga ceremony is a guided, intentional experience centered around the sacred root bark of the Tabernanthe iboga, traditionally used in the spiritual practices of the Bwiti. In a ceremonial setting, participants are supported by experienced facilitators in a safe, structured environment as the medicine induces a deep, often introspective state that can last many hours. People commonly report revisiting memories, gaining insight into behavioral patterns, and experiencing a profound shift in perspective. Because iboga interacts with multiple systems in the brain, it has drawn attention for its potential to interrupt cycles of addiction and support emotional healing. For some, the ceremony can bring clarity, reduce cravings, and create a window for meaningful change
5-MeO-DMT
5-MeO-DMT ceremony is a guided, intentional experience with the powerful psychedelic compound 5-MeO-DMT, facilitated in a safe, supportive setting with trained practitioners. The experience dissolves the usual sense of self and creates a state many describe as ego dissolution or unity consciousness. In this space, people can temporarily step outside of their habitual identity, which can lead to profound insights, emotional release, and a deep sense of connection or peace. This can help reduce anxiety, depression, or patterns rooted in trauma by shifting how they relate to themselves and their experiences

Safety, Preparation & Responsibility
Iboga is a powerful sacramental plant that works on physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual levels. Because of its depth and intensity, working with Iboga requires care, preparation, and responsibility. We approach this work with respect for both the Bwiti tradition and the well-being of each participant.
All participants are required to complete a thorough intake process prior to any ceremony. This includes medical history screening, lifestyle considerations, and a readiness assessment to help determine whether Iboga is appropriate at this time. Individuals with certain medical conditions or on specific medications may not be eligible to participate.
Ceremonies are conducted in a carefully held environment with experienced facilitators and continuous supervision. Attention is given to physical safety, psychological support, and nervous system regulation throughout the process. Adequate rest, hydration, and post-ceremony care are integral parts of the experience.
Equally important is integration. Iboga often brings deep insights, autobiographical review, and challenges to long-held patterns. Without integration, these experiences can feel overwhelming or disorienting. We emphasize post-ceremony integration support to help participants process insights, stabilize emotionally, and apply what was learned in a grounded and sustainable way.
This work is not undertaken lightly. Iboga is not a shortcut, a cure-all, or a recreational substance. It is a teacher that demands humility, preparation, and ongoing integration.
