The 2023 Stanford study in Nature Medicine examined ibogaine treatment in special operations veterans with severe PTSD and treatment-resistant depression. At one month post-treatment: PTSD symptoms decreased by 88%, depression by 87%, anxiety by 81%.

SSRIs and SNRIs
Absolute contraindications. A supervised taper conducted with your physician is required before ceremony is possible. There are no exceptions.
Acute psychiatric crisis
Active suicidal ideation, florid psychosis, or significant instability. The experience amplifies what is present. This is not the moment.
